You’ll provide Business and Product Owners with the critical insights they need to make informed decisions, contributing to exceptional experiences for our clients.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering testing activities across projects, test phases, and BAU releases. This includes reviewing business requirements and user stories, planning and designing tests, executing testing, managing defects, and creating documentation that supports seamless product delivery.

You’ll work across both Agile and Waterfall environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams and representing quality at every stage of delivery. Your work will have a direct impact on the reliability of systems our clients rely on every day.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys detail, problem‑solving, and delivering high‑quality outcomes in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About You

You are a detail‑oriented, analytical professional who delivers high‑quality work. You take a structured approach to problem‑solving and show strong judgement when assessing risks, issues, and requirements.

You work well independently and within a team, communicating clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You are proactive, organised, and able to prioritise effectively. Your focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing supports a strong team environment.

Experience Required

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in at least one Project Tracking/Defect Management tool (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of Agile, Continuous Delivery or DevOps practices (Preferable)
  • The ability to utilise SQL to view and find test data and validate test results
  • Knowledge of Testing and various SDLC methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience planning and documenting test activities for small pieces of work
  • The ability to report on the outcomes of testing activities via daily updates, summary reports or presentations
