  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Revenue & Conversion

  • Convert qualified leads into clients through tailored investment solutions and conversations.
  • Align business development activity with organisational strategy in partnership with the GM Growth.
  • Monitor, track, and report on lead generation, conversion metrics, and revenue performance.

  • Support the execution and refinement of business development strategies using performance data and insights.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and feedback to the GM Growth and broader team to support informed decision‑making.

Proven Business Development Experience

  • Experience identifying and securing new business opportunities, ideally within financial services or a related field.
  • A demonstrated ability to convert leads into clients and deliver measurable growth outcomes.

Exceptional Relationship Management

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

  • Confident conducting market research, analysing performance data, and using insights to refine strategies.
