Wealth Support Specialist

As a Wealth Support Specialist, you'll work alongside our Wealth Advisers to help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. From onboarding and transactions through to compliance and account administration, you'll play an important role in supporting our Managed Funds and High Net Worth clients.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Wealth Advisers with client onboarding and ongoing administration.
- Opening, maintaining and closing client accounts.
- Processing deposits, withdrawals and other client transactions.
- Supporting the servicing of High Net Worth clients.
- Reviewing documentation and maintaining AML compliance requirements.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Preparing reports and responding to client and internal queries.
- Working with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent client outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in banking, financial services or wealth management administration.
- Strong organisation and administration skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in investments and financial markets.
