In this role, you'll define and evolve the architecture that underpins our cloud, infrastructure, networking, identity, and workplace technology environments. You'll provide architectural leadership across strategic initiatives, ensuring technology platforms are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives.

We're looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and enjoys collaborating across teams to design technology solutions that deliver long-term value.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining enterprise infrastructure and cloud architecture roadmaps.
• Defining target-state architecture across cloud, networking, identity, and workplace technologies.
• Establishing architecture standards, patterns, and governance practices.
• Providing architectural oversight for enterprise platforms and integration services.
• Supporting cloud architecture across AWS and Microsoft technologies.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending future platform investments.
• Ensuring technology solutions align with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to support successful solution delivery.

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience designing and governing enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Expertise in identity and access management, networking, and modern workplace platforms.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms, APIs, and secure connectivity.
• Strong understanding of cyber security architecture and secure-by-design principles.
• Experience working within regulated environments, ideally financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong technical problem-solving capability.
