Job Description

About the role:
The CRM Administrator is an essential role in our Data & Digital team. This role is critical to promote the user adoption of the Salesforce system by effectively communicating its benefits and features to the wider team, ensuring to have a client centric lens to enable our team to deliver exceptional service every time. It is imperative to have a continuous improvement mindset, as you will play a key role in customizing and configuring the Salesforce system to align with evolving business requirements and industry best practices. This also includes overseeing and ensuring data quality and hygiene within the Salesforce system, implementing data cleansing and enrichment strategies. With your finger on the pulse, it is required to be proactively communicating any upcoming system changes to users, ensuring they understand the changes and minimizing their impact and ensuring they are seamless. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensuring our CRM system is available at critical times for supporting our business.
• Fostering CRM best-practice and stewarding CRM solution design to minimise bespoke development.
• Manage appropriate access to our CRM system from onboarding to offboarding.
• Keep the quality of our CRM data true and reliable for supporting critical business operations.

Who we’re looking for someone who can:
Deliver and Demonstrate (must haves)

  • Experience using Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Managing Salesforce systems permissions and access.
  • Working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Working with 3rd party vendors to provide
  • Direction and support delivery.

Know and Utilize (should haves)

  • Understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administration qualification.
  • CI/CD approaches with Salesforce.
  • Agile & product development principles.
  • Salesforce data loads

Extras you’re familiar with (could haves)

  • Salesforce API
  • Salesforce Chat (Live Agent)
  • Atlassian suite including BitBucket and Jira
