We're looking for a curious and collaborative Data Insights Lead to join our Digital & Data team — someone who’s passionate about turning complex data into meaningful insights that improve the lives of our clients.

In this newly created role, you’ll be the bridge between data and decision-making. You’ll work across teams to uncover opportunities, solve problems, and deliver insights that shape better products, services, and experiences for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes
• Proactively analysing data to uncover trends, opportunities and potential challenges
• Collaborating with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver meaningful solutions
• Designing engaging dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI
• Championing data governance, quality, and literacy across the organisation
• Managing multiple analysis streams and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in data analysis and insight generation
• Strong SQL skills and confidence with data visualisation tools like Power BI
• Excellent communication skills – you can tell a story with data and bring stakeholders on the journey
• A knack for solving complex problems and connecting the dots between data and business strategy
• Experience working cross-functionally, with the ability to influence and guide decision-makers
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with Salesforce or helped train teams on Power BI
