About the role
As our People and Culture Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of the People & Culture (P&C) team. You'll provide efficient and accurate administrative support across a broad range of HR activities – from maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll inputs to supporting recruitment and helping bring to life our engagement initiatives.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and has an eye for detail. Your behind-the-scenes work will ensure our people processes run smoothly and professionally.
What you’ll be doing
- Administrative support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations and correspondence, and keep our files organised and up to date.
- Payroll support
Work closely with our Payroll team to ensure employee data is accurate and timely.
- Policy and procedure
Help keep our policies current, accessible and well communicated.
- Employee engagement
Support cultural initiatives, internal communications, and staff events.
- Recruitment and onboarding
Assist with recruitment admin and help create a great first impression for new hires.
- Compliance and audit
Help maintain our compliance obligations and support internal and external audits.
- Health and safety
Support a safe and healthy workplace, with a strong focus on wellbeing.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative support role (HR/P&C experience ideal)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable with HR Information Systems and managing confidential information
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a team-player attitude
- A qualification in HR or Business (or working towards one) is a bonus
