Fisher Funds is seeking a Client Experience Consultant to play a critical role in shaping the client experience and supporting Kiwi on their investment journey.
About the Role
As a Client Experience Consultant, you will be a trusted first point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Whether assisting with KiwiSaver withdrawals for a first home, guiding retirees through their investment options, or driving client engagement through our digital tools, you will play a key role in delivering meaningful outcomes.
This role requires a strong blend of client service expertise, financial knowledge, and commercial acumen. You’ll be expected to deliver results, contribute to business growth, and maintain the high standards that define Fisher Funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to clients across multiple channels, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Educate and empower clients to make informed decisions about their investments.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, drive retention, and generate new business leads.
- Act as a nominated representative, delivering compliant and professional investment advice.
- Resolve client queries and first-line complaints efficiently, escalating where necessary.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a high-calibre professional who brings:
- Proven Client Service Experience
At least 1-2 years in a client-facing role, ideally within financial services.
- Investment & Financial Acumen
Strong understanding of investment principles or a demonstrated ability to learn and apply financial concepts.
- Exceptional Communication & Relationship Skills
Ability to engage and influence clients, providing clear and confident advice.
- Commercial Mindset
Awareness of business growth opportunities and the ability to contribute to client retention and acquisition.
