About the Role:
As Product Manager – High Net Worth and Platforms, you’ll be responsible for the strategic development, delivery, and optimisation of Fisher Funds’ premium investment solutions and the platforms that support our high-net-worth clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of our most discerning clients, while aligning with regulatory requirements and supporting the firm’s broader growth objectives.
You’ll lead the end-to-end management of our high-net-worth product suite, from design and pricing to platform functionality and client experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive innovation, enhance digital capabilities, and ensure our solutions remain competitive and client-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Product Ownership
- Lead the full lifecycle of high-net-worth products and platforms, from design and pricing to delivery and optimisation.
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for High Net Worth offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and positioning.
Platform Oversight and Enhancement
- Manage the strategy and continuous improvement of platforms supporting high-net-worth client servicing and reporting.
- Work with Technology, Operations, and Client teams to ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
- Drive enhancements to digital tools, reporting, and adviser interfaces to improve the premium client experience.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including regulators, trustees, and vendors.
- Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth and platform-related initiatives, providing subject matter expertise.
- Champion the voice of premium clients in product and platform development.
Skills and Experience:
Product Management
- Strong understanding of managed funds operations and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience managing investment, retirement, or superannuation products.
- Deep knowledge of premium services and the expectations of high-net-worth clients.
- Skilled in full product lifecycle management — from strategy and design to delivery and optimisation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Experience working with external stakeholders such as regulators, trustees, and vendors.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
- Familiarity with the Financial Markets Conduct Act, FMA guidance, and trustee reporting.
- Experience managing disclosure obligations and ensuring marketing compliance.
- Skilled in identifying and mitigating regulatory and operational risks.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient in using data and analytics to assess product performance and identify trends.
- Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on client outcomes and operational efficiency.
